Eltelierworks understands time is of the essence. When you send in a contact form, we typically reply within 1 working day. To reach us faster, you may reach out to us on our Telegram account (@eltelierworks), where we’ll strive to reply before the day ends.

Please send in a file attachment to our Telegram (@eltelierworks) in either .STL or .OBJ format and stipulate your requirements clearly (i.e Dimensions, Quantity, Materials). Alternatively, you may fill up the contact form under our contact page with your contact details and we’ll follow up with you.

You may browse through popular websites such as thingiverse.com or printables.com for a library’s worth of inspiration. What’s more exciting is that you can even download publicly shared 3D Designs that you want to create on there!

Yes we do! As the service center for Artillery3D in Singapore, we are always here to address any inquiries about your Manufacturer’s warranty and Repair requests for your 3D printers. If your printer is eligible under the manufacturer’s warranty, we would be happy to assist in directing your claim.

As a boutique company, the understanding and support of our clients are important to us. This empowers us to continue serving you, our valued customer, and others in the community and industry.

While all sales are final, meaning we do not offer returns or refunds for our products, we always ensure that the fabrication prints you have with us are of the highest quality with our QC processes. 

For purchases, we consistently work with our suppliers to ensure product excellence. Our products are also often accompanied with a Manufacturer Warranty, providing a way for recourse if there are any manufacturing defects.
